How we make money

RambleRV is free to use. Here is how it is paid for, in plain words.

The phone number is the main thing we show. We do not hide numbers, we do not sell phone calls, and we do not use tracking numbers: when you tap Call, you reach the park itself.

Affiliate links

Some "Book online" buttons use affiliate links. If you book a stay through one of them, the booking network or park may pay RambleRV a commission. It never costs you more. These links go through a RambleRV address (/go/) so we can count the click, and they are marked as sponsored.

What "Partner" means

A Partner label means the park has an agreement with RambleRV, for example a booking link that pays us or a revenue share. Right now no park is marked Partner. When that changes, the label will appear on the park's card and profile.

Does paying change the ranking?

A little, and we cap it. Our ranking is mostly distance, ratings, how well a park suits an RV, and how complete its information is. A Partner park can get a small, fixed boost, but only if it is already a decent match, and the boost can never lift a weak match above a strong one.

Ratings and facts

We never invent ratings. If a park has none, we say "No ratings yet." If we do not know something, such as hookups or size limits, we say "Not listed yet" instead of guessing. Park details come from public sources and can be out of date, so please call to confirm.
