This page explains what RambleRV collects and why. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Your location
If you tap "Use my location", your phone or computer shares where you are with the page so it can find nearby RV parks. The search runs in your browser. Your location is not sent to us and is not saved.
What we store about visits
When you tap Call or Book online, we record that a tap happened, which park, the kind of search, and your position rounded to about 1 km (0.6 mile). We do not record your name, IP address or exact location with it. We use these counts to see which parks people use.
Parks you save
"Saved parks" are kept in your own browser on your own device. We cannot see them.
Reporting incorrect info
If you report a problem with a listing, we store what you wrote and, only if you give one, your contact details. We use them to check and fix the listing.
Cookies and tracking
RambleRV itself sets no tracking cookies for visitors. Staff sign-in uses one cookie that is needed to stay signed in. If site analytics or error tracking are switched on, a section at the bottom of this page says so and explains what they collect.
Server logs
Like any website, our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (such as the address of the request and the time) to keep the site secure and working.
